Brussels Sprouts with White Miso Dressing

Boost your Brussels sprouts with this sweet and tangy dressing.

Serves 2 to 4 persons

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut the sprouts in half and remove the hard core.
  2. Boil the sprouts in salted water until 'al dente' and then drain.
  3. Make the dressing by mixing the vinegar, miso and mustard.
  4. Mix the dressing and the sprouts together. Serve.
