To prepare, pour the contents of one soup packet into a mug or bowl, add 240ml of boiling water and stir. Allow to sit for a minute before drinking.
Every lunch sees me open a pack of this lovely stuff, add bladderwrack Or some other seaweed), chilli powder, konjac noodles, choice of protein: Braised miso/Calamari/vegan frankfurter/vegan 'chicken' pieces.
Add scraps from last night's meal - rice, or quinoa, veggies etc
