I don't normally buy my EVOO from Clearspring but I could be converted now! This oil is so delicious. A little goes a long way and my favourite is a little drizzled over tomatoes or butter lettuce with salt and pepper. The taste is exceptional. It's also wonderful to cook with on a low flame and a lovely base for when I make sauces or pesto. I will probably stick with this EVOO going forwards!
This is by far the best sesame oil I have tried. It's got a beautiful and smooth sesame taste and it's not toasted!! I eat in accordance with Ayurveda and cooking with toasted (already heated/cooked) oil is a no no. I love this sesame oil in dressings, dips, to cook with in stir fries - it's so versatile and is a staple in my pantry. So so happy with it.
I actually really like this mince. It's not heavy or chewy, but lovely and light. I rehydrate it in stock and then usually make a bolognaise-style sauce. It does increase in volume but not as much as the packet says, perhaps 1.5 times after rehydrating for about 45 minutes. I would like the chunks to be slightly bigger but I think that's just personal preference. The packet does go a long way and it's a great store cupboard staple. I would probably buy it again next time I order from Clearspring.
