Bring plenty of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if desired. Add 80g of pasta per portion. For perfect “al dente” pasta simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, simmer for an additional minute. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce.
Serving suggestion: Chickpea Pasta also makes a perfect base for a salad. Just rinse under cold running water after cooking and mix with fresh ingredients and a dressing of your choice. This box contains 3 servings.

I love this chickpea pasta because it tastes delicious, it is filling and comforting, but most of all it has so few ingredients that I can eat it despite having a great many food sensitivities, including gluten, rice, and many other grains. Thank you so much for producing it.
Can almost taste the chickpea giving this a great flavour. Doesn’t weigh you down like most carbs do, leaves you satiated and energised - will definitely buy again.
Substantial and easy to digest. Easily the most delicious and healthy gluten free pasta readily available. The favourite in our household is the pea version. All are fabulous though.
Yum yum. I adore pasta dishes and to feel healthy whilst doing so is evening better.
