  • Bring plenty of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if desired. Add 80g of pasta per portion. For perfect “al dente” pasta simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, simmer for an additional minute. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce. 

    Serving suggestion: Chickpea Pasta also makes a perfect base for a salad. Just rinse under cold running water after cooking and mix with fresh ingredients and a dressing of your choice. This box contains 3 servings.
