Why they cannot be called jams

Jams are required by law to have a minimum overall sugar content, so when fruit juice is used as an ingredient, instead of sugar, the overall sugar content (and the calories) are reduced. Thus the term 'jam' can no longer be used.

Excellent sugar free jam packed with fruit.

Worth the money

We have tried the apricot, blueberry, orange and strawberry spreads and all are delicious. Have just noticed there is a cherry spread…..looking forward to trying that next time.
