Arame is a popular sea vegetable used in Asian cooking, particularly Japanese. Its semi-sweet and moreish flavour makes it an excellent way to introduce nutritious sea vegetables into your diet. It can be sautéed or simply boiled after reconstituting for use in a wide array of dishes including soups, stews and salads or stir fries, curries and casseroles.

How to Use

To prepare, wash then soak the arame in cool water for 30 minutes. (Note: It will double in size). Drain, rinse then cook for 20 minutes.
