Method
- Cook your soba noodles, then rinse in cold water to remove the starch and prevent it from cooking further.
- You can enjoy plain with just Noodle Broth, or top with tempura, finely cut Nori seaweed, sesame seeds and spring onions.
- Clearspring Tsuyu is very concentrated, so remember to dilute with hot or cold water.
