Method

1. Cook your soba noodles, then rinse in cold water to remove the starch and prevent it from cooking further.
2. You can enjoy plain with just Noodle Broth, or top with tempura, finely cut Nori seaweed, sesame seeds and spring onions.
3. Clearspring Tsuyu is very concentrated, so remember to dilute with hot or cold water.
