Crumbly, creamy and with a unique Clearspring taste twist, Clearspring Organic Oatcakes are simply delicious. Made to an original wheat-free, dairy-free and no-added-sugar recipe using only the finest organic ingredients, they are lovingly baked to perfection in small batches by fourth generation craft bakers in the Scottish highlands.
The creamy flavour of premium Scottish oats is combined with the fruity sweetness of sun-dried tomatoes and aromatic oregano for a hint of the Mediterranean. Try with tofu pâté and pickle, spread with beetroot and walnut dip, dried figs, or roughly chopped tomatoes combined with Clearspring Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic.

Clearspring Organic Oatcakes are wonderful on their own or can be enjoyed with a huge range of delicious savoury and sweet, toppings. Try making up a mushroom pâté with shiitake or maitake, a smooth guacamole or a creamy dill dip. Alternatively try spreading them with tahini, Clearspring Fruit Spreads, hummus sprinkled with Clearspring Sea Salad, or mashed banana with chopped almonds.
Fresh flavours, good crunch, perfect for anytime eating. Most importantly no nasty additives. Clean if you understand me!
Obviously a Clearspring product, perfectly perfect.
Perfect crunch, perfect flavours, organic, no unnecessary/fake additives... I don't like tomatoes, but these are so subtle and work perfectly.
I am always partial to an oat cake: these are a lovely, subtle flavour and a good substantial texture.
These are the most delicious oatcakes I have ever eaten. Wonderful
The Clearspring oatcakes are the best I've found as yet. And this flavour is very nice, particularly when topped with cream cheese. In fact, they are so tasty, they are nice to eat on their own too. I tried them for the first time recently and they are now on repeat order!
