Clearspring Organic Oatcakes are wonderful on their own or can be enjoyed with a huge range of delicious savoury and sweet, toppings. Try making up a mushroom pâté with shiitake or maitake, a smooth guacamole or a creamy dill dip. Alternatively try spreading them with tahini, Clearspring Fruit Spreads, hummus sprinkled with Clearspring Sea Salad, or mashed banana with chopped almonds.
I found them too salty unfortunately. They are also very small in size but other wise nice oatcakes.
It’s nice to find oatcakes suitable for vegans that have a distinct yet subtle flavour - the sun dried tomatoes are a clever addition.
Fresh flavours, good crunch, perfect for anytime eating. Most importantly no nasty additives. Clean if you understand me!
I am always partial to an oat cake: these are a lovely, subtle flavour and a good substantial texture.
