Description

Made following the traditional methods by simply cutting the freshly harvested root and drying it. To reconstitute, soak in lukewarm water for 1-2 hours until soft. Drain and then simmer or sauté with other vegetables and season to taste with soya sauce.

I have been buying fresh lotus root, but it is hard to find and often in poor condition.
This being dried and organic is of superior quality, keeps a very long time and tastes great.
So I will keep buying this!
