Clearspring founder Christopher Dawson lived in Japan for eighteen years from 1980, during which time he travelled extensively throughout the country, building up long-lasting and close working relationships with the finest traditional producers around the country.

Clearspring is therefore able to offer a range of Japanese foods, the majority of which are organic, and are not only delicious, authentic and nutritious, but also produced according to sustainable, traditional techniques.
