Organic Instant White Miso Soup Paste

The soup has a really nice savoury taste and is very easy to use.

This is honestly the most delicious instant miso I have ever had. Not too salty, a rich complex full bodied taste. The difference between it and regular shop ones (not naturally brewed) is incredible.

Would give 5 stars BUT bit misleading as box says “with sea vegetables” and picture shows seaweed or suchlike. But there were NO dehydrated vegetables at all. Used 3 sachets already and all just had a rich brown paste.

Even after leaving it to stand, no sign of vegetables. There were some bits and flakes in the dregs at bottom of cup. Maybe that was them? But as these were honestly about 1-2mm at most (teeny tiny crumb like flakes) it hardly counts. Usually dried ceg would rehydrate into reasonably visible pieces with a soft texture.

Either this batch did not get any vegetables put in, or the description needs updating.

Anyway I got some dried wakame flakes and added to my last cup, and am really enjoying it even more now with the added wakame.

Also I was tempted to only give 3 stars for this reason, BUT the miso is so very very superior and delicious I did not have a the heart to remove another star. And I would buy this miso again, also some of the others to try.

I love these miso sachets which are great to take out and mix with food when out and about. You can use them to make a nourishing cup of soup.

I have a cold and made some miso with your organic tofu tossed in and fresh slices of ginger. Perfect!!

Excellent product. Makes nourishing light soup and can bump it up with finely chopped veges like courgette and peppers. I also use instead of tea. Like the presentation too! Small sachets which can easily fit into any small purse or handbag.
