Velvety smooth with a delicate flavour, our award-winning Organic Japanese Silken Tofu is proudly made in Japan with water from the Shikoku mountains. Sliced in a refreshing Tofu Sashimi, cooked in a Tofu Scramble, or chilled in a Tofu Cheesecake - this little carton is packed with mealtime potential.

Our producer has been dedicated to perfecting the art of making Tofu in Japan since 1973 with water from the Shikoku mountains and in partnership with Clearspring has created a unique-recipe, ambient silken organic tofu which tastes just like the fresh tofu sold on the streets of Japan.

It's a silken/soft tofu and is therefore not suitable for stir-frys.

Does Clearspring Silken Tofu need to be refrigerated?

If unopened it does not need to be refridgerated. Simply store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refridgerated under water in an airtight container and consume within 1 day.

How long does unopened Clearspring Silken Tofu last?

If stored in a cool, dry place, unopened Silken Tofu lasts until the Best Before date on the top of the pack. It has a shelf life of 14 months from the date of production.
