• Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Clearspring Ltd, Unit 19, Acton Park Estate, London W3 7QE, United Kingdom, in partnership with Beck Hall Hotel Limited, Cove Rd, Malham, Skipton BD23 4DJ 

Eligibility: 

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) only. 
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. 
• Employees of Clearspring, Beck Hall, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. 

How to Enter: 

• In order to enter the competition, entrants must visit the competition page on Clearspring Ltd’s website at www.clearspring.co.uk/pages/competition-clearspring-x-beck-hall and agree with the competition’s Terms & Conditions, meet the eligibility requirements and complete the competition sign up requirements    
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. 

Competition Period: 

• The competition opens on Monday 26th May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Monday 2nd June 2025. 
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 

The Prize: 

• One winner will receive: 
• A two-night stay for two including breakfast at Beck Hall, Malham (subject to availability; blackout dates may apply including public holidays and peak periods). 
• A £200 RRP bundle of Clearspring organic products, selected at Clearspring’s discretion. 
• The prize does not include travel, meals (other than those provided by Beck Hall as part of the stay), travel insurance, or any other costs or personal expenses. 
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative. 
• The hotel stay must be booked within 12 months of the winner being notified. 
• By accepting a prize, the winner accepts full and complete responsibility for their own safety and welfare and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, agrees that Clearspring Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any risks or damages associated with or arising out of the winner’s acceptance of the prize. 

Winner Selection & Notification: 

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries after the competition closes. 
• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. 
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

Data Protection: 

• Personal data provided during the entry process will only be used to administer the competition and will be processed in accordance with Clearspring’s Privacy Policy. 
• By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Clearspring. You can unsubscribe at any time. 

Publicity: 

• By entering, the winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and (if applicable) social media handle for promotional purposes related to this competition, in any media, worldwide, without further compensation or prior notice. 

General: 

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary due to events beyond its control. 
• The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party platform. 
• Clearspring Ltd shall be entitled to terminate or modify the competition or these Terms at any time prior to the Closing Date by publishing any such modification or termination on the relevant Clearspring Ltd website or otherwise communicating it in writing to entrants. 
• If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Clearspring Ltd and which prevents Clearspring Ltd from complying with or fulfilling any element of these Terms (“Force Majeure Event”), Clearspring Ltd will not be liable or responsible in respect of such Force Majeure Event. 
• Except in respect of liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for its fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law, Clearspring Ltd will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to the competition or the use of any prize, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
