Clearspring’s Organic Tahini Whole Sesame is made for us by a third-generation family producer in Europe, where they have been making Tahini since 1949. Clearspring Organic Tahini uses only the finest, carefully selected 100% organic, unhulled whole sesame seeds. The whole sesame seeds are roasted and then ground into a smooth paste. The unhulled whole sesame seeds have a stronger and more distinctive taste and aroma.
