Only by the look of it, you can say that it is cold pressed. Rich colour, thick texture and pleasant natural smell. It doesn't overwhelm any dishes with it's smell or taste though. Very healthy versatile oil.
I eat porridge made with water and miso added for breakfast. I put a poached egg on top. I make it so it is the consistency of soup. It is so warming. I also have this for lunch. Sometimes I have yellowfin tuna in it.
I was caught out with these being in the allergy section of Sainsbury’s where they are NOT gluten free. Dissatisfied
Neutral flavour. Use all the time for frying eggs or browning meat for stews
Full of flavour. Large and ideal for salads or cheese sandwiches.
