I use it for everything, like sushi, dressing, pickles.
I like putting a piece of Kombu that gives more UMAMI rich flavour.

Love this rice vinegar

Best, mild rice vinegar. So easy to digest (unlike apple cider vinegar which is aggressive on stomach and teeth), and salads taste great.
