How to Use

1. Bring plenty of water to the boil. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
2. Add 80g of pasta per portion.
3. For a perfect "al dente" pasta simmer for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute.

Not to be missed.

I am so glad I have found this pasta. It tastes delicious and is gluten free. I sometimes use it for a very simple lunch with just a dressing of basil pesto and a side salad or a more robust meal with beans, tomatoes, onions etc To me this is a perfect store cupboard ingredient.

A new spin to my recipes

Eat a lot of normal pasta and was cynical of alternatives from past experiences.

But tried this and was a revelation. Taste is great, totally different texture and quick to cook (don’t boil for more than 5 mins).

Has put a different complexion on my menu repertoire.

Delicious and healthy

Really loved this pasta both hot and cold, when eaten cold the nutty flavour of the quinoa really comes through, I will be buying again. Delivery was nice and quick too.
