How to Use

1. Bring plenty of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if desired.
2. Add 80g of pasta per portion.
3. For perfect “al dente” pasta simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, simmer for an additional minute.

The best -so sad it is no longer produced

This was the best and my only pasta for many reasons. It was organic, no rice no oats, great consistency, no strong taste. It was perfect. I am very, very sad it is not produced anymore. I am without pasta now. I would buy a large stock if it would help getting it produced again.

Excellent

I would certainly buy this on taste and texture alone - it is really great to eat. However, being gluten-free and of low glycaemic index, it is an absolutley wonderful find for my wife, who cannot really eat durum wheat pasta except in very small quanitities.

Delicious and nutritious

I love this chickpea pasta because it tastes delicious, it is filling and comforting, but most of all it has so few ingredients that I can eat it despite having a great many food sensitivities, including gluten, rice, and many other grains. Thank you so much for producing it.
