Soak in freshly boiled water for 10 minutes or in cold water for 30 minutes. For soups: Add the softened noodles to the soup and simmer. In today’s time pressured society these noodles are a quick and easy way to eat well without compromising on taste. Ready to use in just 10 minutes (simply soak with no cooking required) in a range of dishes but most often used to make Pad Thai or added to stir fries.
