I have started a low carbohydrate diet and coconut cream is included in that. It is creamy, delicious and sweet and the nicest I have ever tasted. I use it in curries and desserts and it is amazing!
Coconut taste with single cream like consistency. I was hoping for a thick creamy consistency but good nevertheless.
