Arame Rocks

The most delicious and mild tasting seaweed that I teach my clients and students to cook. Many believe that sea vegetables taste like fish, not true. Arame is a staple in my kitchen. I make arame sautés, using shallots, lemon zest, some tamari and a little apple juice concentrate, dressed with some roasted walnuts it's a winner every time. You can also chill and mis through some pasta or salad leaves. Delicious either way.
