My oil

I use it for body massage on myself morning and evening (slightly warmed up on a bowl of hot water)
And for oil pulling too
Both are ayurveda practices I love to do

Cold-pressed and organic, with a light taste that doesn't overpower the food

I've been trying to use more cold-pressed and healthier oils, and this one is excellent. I love sesame oil, and this one has quite a light taste that doesn't overpower the food - perfect for use with Oriental dishes, and I also use it for poaching eggs. It's slightly more expensive than the more industrially-processed varieties, but what price can you put on your health?
