This recipe can be adapted to any raw or cooked vegetables. It is so easy to make the vegetable tasty. Play around with the amount of Tamari or Tahini you would like when dressing.
- Blanch the french beans in salted hot water. Or boil for 1-2mins. Drain and run it under cold water to stop it from cooking.
- Cut the top and bottom of the beans and then cut in half.
- Place on a plate and drizzle black tahini followed by Yaemon tamari.
