This multi purpose tofu sauce is excellent with crudites, thinned as a salad dressing or as a pasta sauce. Most people would not realise that it was dairy free unless told. It is simply delicious!

If using as a pasta sauce, cook pasta (with the broccoli florets for the last 2 mins of cooking time) - add a handful of garden peas or sweetcorn at the very end. To save on washing up cook the vegetables in the same pan as the pastas.
