Organic Japanese Miso Ramen Noodles

This delicious ramen with miso ginger soup is an absolute winner. Bill and I love it and so were delighted to see this fantastic product re-launched by Clearspring. Such a fantastic and healthy addition to your ‘pantry’ on the table in 5 minutes. Music to my clients and students ears.

Ingredients (for one portion)

Method

  1. Add the noodles to the pot of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the contents of one soup sachet and turn off the heat.
  3. Mix well and serve with your favourite toppings.

In this picture I topped the bowl with alfalfa sprouts, grated daikon and thinly diced spring onions.
