Happy International Women’s Day 💐💐💐 International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global celebration of the vital contributions women make to the fundamental essence of humanity, unconditional motherly love, partnering in a couple and professionally in business. Each year, this day serves as a powerful reminder of the progress made towards gender equality and highlights the work that still needs to be done.

The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day is ‘Inspire Inclusion’. This theme underscores the crucial role of inclusion in achieving gender equality. It calls for action to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create environments where all women are valued and respected.

At Clearspring, we are incredibly proud to have a very diverse team which is led by a woman, our Managing Director Maria Dawson; over 70% of all team members are women and 60% of all managerial positions are held by women.

We wanted to take this opportunity on International Women’s Day to thank each and every woman we work with to let them know they are appreciated. Whether they are in our boardroom, our office, our warehouses, work in the shops that stock Clearspring or in the factories and farms that help to produce the amazing products that we all enjoy – a huge thank you from Clearspring.
