Clearspring Organic Hojicha Powder is a milder alternative to traditional Matcha green tea. Organically farmed tea leaves are harvested and roasted in Japan before being ground into a fine powder. This roasting is what yields the smooth, nutty flavour and smoky aroma for which Hojicha is known.

Use in delicious Hojicha lattes, bake into aromatic biscuits and cakes, or simply whisk in hot water and enjoy a mindful tea moment.
