Hojicha Affogato

Simple shot of Hojicha over ice cream. Perfect affogato with a twist, enjoyed over vanilla or coconut ice cream. Make your own ice cream from scratch or get some store bought. A little bit of whisking, enjoy the drizzle over the creamy ice cream. Enjoy it before it melts.

  1. Whisk 2g Clearspring Hojicha Powder with 1 tbsp/ 15ml warm water in a Matcha bowl to create a paste.
  2. Place 2-3 scoops of ice cream in a dessert bowl.
  3. Pour the whisked Hojicha over the ice cream and enjoy.
