It is made to an original Japanese recipe and contains key ingredients of sushi making. Simply add this well balanced blend of brown rice vinegar, mirin and soya sauce to cooked rice, and mix gently whilst the rice is still hot. It can be also used for marinades or salad dressings.

The vegan sushi I made using Clearspring brown sushi rice and this seasoning was absolutely fantastic. The seasoning gave the rice an authentic tastiness that set off the flavours of the other ingredients I used rather than overpowering them. My family loved it, including my brother who lives in Japan, my Mum who isn't keen on rice and my Dad who's a dedicated meat eater. Now I want to make sushi for all my friends :-)
