Tempura Oil Strainer

This is simply one of my son's favourite tool in the kitchen. And mine too!

It was a shame but it didn't come. I am sure it was a silly mistake because I am very happy with the other items that I had bough. All top quality.

Even though it's a simple, cheap little tool, it is beautifully made, which I really like. Haven't used it for tempura, but it's great for fishing bagels out from their pre-bake boil :) Overall perfect size, love that the handle isn't too long.

I purchased this strainer to use for draining small amounts of veg from a saucepan. Works really well.

It is made in Japan and exactly the same tool I used to used in Japan. I really recommend to everyone to use when you make Tempura and also making a clear soup.
