    Clearspring Organic Soya Mince (also known as Textured Vegetable Protein or TVP) is a great quick cook vegan alternative protein. A simple and highly versatile plant based ingredient that can be used in Bolognese sauce, pies, veggie burgers, stir-fry dishes, and many delicious recipes. The soya beans are cold pressed to remove their oil content and simply steamed under pressure to form mince and finally dried. With its tender yet substantial texture it will take on any flavour and seasoning you use in your recipes and cooking.

  • To rehydrate: Add soya chunks/mince to boiling water or stock and soak for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water before cooking.

Organic Gluten Free Soya MInce

This product is my go to for Soya Mince, as it is organic, most are not. and is non GM and essentially no nasty oils. It's just pure, defatted soya beans. Plus, cooked with the right flavours and ingredients, is absolutely delicious

It's a 2 edge sword

Had this as chili yesterday and within 2 hours felt I'd been poisoned. It's over 24 hours later and still feel very fragile. Will not be buying again.

Great product, excellent value

Finally found a plain soya mince with a nice small grain. Very little soaking and cooking needed. This makes it really easy to use. Great value for money too. Highly recommended.
