After one hour in the oven over vegetable gratin with gluten free béchamel the crumbs stayed dry and powdery. Didn’t integrate at all with the sauce and seemed to stay raw in spite of browning. Won’t buy it again.

Gluten free breadcrumbs

I use these breadcrumbs mixed with cheese as a topping on oven baked dishes. Very fine so easy to mix with other ingredients.

Amazing must have in your kitchen !

I replaced my bread crumbs with the brown rice breadcrumbs and every dish is 10 times better then the original . Very light not heavy and supper tasty!
