Tofu Strawberry Smoothie

Is it a strawberry smoothies or a protein milkshake? It's both - with a plant-protein twist! This simple smoothie is made by blending Clearspring Silken Tofu with all the ingredients, and voilà, it's ready to drink. Use frozen fruits for convenience, or fresh when in season. Add extra ice cubes if you want it colder. Perfect for breakfast or after a workout.
Serves 1 I Prep time 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 pack/200g Clearspring Organic Silken Tofu
- 200ml plant milk - we used oat milk
- 1 fresh or frozen banana
- 100g any fresh or frozen fruits - we used strawberries
Optional
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp any Clearspring Nut Butter
Method
- Open the pack of Tofu and drain the liquid.
- Place the tofu and all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
- To serve, add some chopped up fruits for a crunchy texture.
