This creamy whole tahini sauce is great with raw, grilled or baked vegetables. We used the whole tahini sesame paste as it gives a more rich nutty flavour to the sauce.
- Heat the griddle pan and once it is warm, drizzle toasted sesame oil and place the tender stem broccoli. Let it cook on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to create the sauce - add water if you'd like it's too thick.
- Place on a plate and drizzle the sauce on top. You can use the sauce on other raw or cooked vegetables.
