4 Ingredient Tofu Chocolate Mousse

A rich, silky vegan chocolate mousse made with organic silken tofu and dark chocolate - a simple plant-based dessert, gently sweetened with maple syrup for a perfectly balanced finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 200g/300g Clearspring Silken Tofu
  • ½ tsp Clearspring Sweet White Miso
  • 70g-90g chocolate (70%-85% vegan dark chocolate)
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Grated chocolate
  • Fresh berries of choice

Directions

  1. Gently melt the dark chocolate over bain-marie. Stir until smooth, then remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Drain the tofu well and add to a blender or food processor along with the maple syrup and sweet white miso.
  3. Pour in the melted chocolate and blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries and grated chocolate if desired.
