4 Ingredient Tofu Chocolate Mousse
A rich, silky vegan chocolate mousse made with organic silken tofu and dark chocolate - a simple plant-based dessert, gently sweetened with maple syrup for a perfectly balanced finish.

Ingredients
- 1 pack 200g/300g Clearspring Silken Tofu
- ½ tsp Clearspring Sweet White Miso
- 70g-90g chocolate (70%-85% vegan dark chocolate)
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- Grated chocolate
- Fresh berries of choice
Directions
- Gently melt the dark chocolate over bain-marie. Stir until smooth, then remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Drain the tofu well and add to a blender or food processor along with the maple syrup and sweet white miso.
- Pour in the melted chocolate and blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries and grated chocolate if desired.
