It is produced in Kyusyu, Japan's Southern island, using a traditional method of ageing in partly buired earthware crocks. Brown rice vinegar produced in this region is considered to be one of the finest qualities in Japan. Refreshing and delicious, it is full-bodied and slightly sweet without the harsh acidity often found in the other brands.
