Miso is a Japanese fermented whole soya food that is well known for its rich, savoury taste and conentrated goodness.

Unlike most concentrated vegetable stocks, Clearspring Organic Miso Bouillon Paste is made from the highest quality, natural ingredients without the use of yeast extracts.

We are using our very own Brown Rice Miso, Sunflower Oil, Kuzu and Traditional Sea Salt to make this unique store cupboard staple. The ingredients are simply blended in Wales, to create a unique product that is both vegan and delicious.

Clearspring Organic Miso Bouillon comes in easy-to-use sachets which ensure your bouillon will always be fresh tasting and delicious. Each sachet makes 500ml of stock.
