I've been eating tahini for years but have only just come across black tahini, and Clearspring's is really good. I don't like nut or seed spreads with added oil, so I was really pleased to find this one, whose only ingredients are black sesame seeds with no added oil at all. And it's really nice!

Maybe more expensive than other dried shiitake mushrooms in the market but these are good quality, organic and quite big. Real unami flavour & real food. Trust that they won't have chemicals/pesticides on them. So is worth spending a little more. Very nice & helpful staff too. Heard & read they got anti-oxidant properties and help fight cancer too. Love them
