Although these seaweed snacks are reputedly good for one and do taste nice they were very salty... too much for my taste. The problem I have is that they have extra salt added and seaweed is supposed to be a good balance of the minerals so really doesn't need extra salt added to the equation. When I was in Japan I found seaweed was an acquired taste that I came to love. It shouldn't be messed with imho. My dog loved them too!

Love them in salads and just to eat when you want something delicious.
