Bring plenty of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Add 80g of pasta per portion. For a perfect "al dente" pasta simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta leave to boil for an additional minute. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce.
Serving suggestion: Red Lentil & Brown Rice Fusilli also makes a perfect base for a salad. Just rinse under cold running water after cooking and mix with fresh ingredients and a dressing of your choice.

This is very quick to cook, goes well with free-from pestos or just a salad, tastes lovely, and provides long-lasting energy. Great for coeliacs and non-coeliacs. I've been buying and enjoying this pasta for a couple of years and highly recommend it.
I tried their recipe which came in the box (tofu pasta source) and it was so good! No problem with microwave cooking... very easy.
Very convenient, nice flavour and as I try to restrict gluten these are great, nice and healthy as well.
