I love these rice cakes and have got into the habit of eating them instead of bread (quite often ! )
I have tried several of the different varieties of Clearspring rice cakes and they are all very good. This one has a little salt which I particularly like. They are great for adding spreads or toppings, sweet or savoury. My favourite way is to have them with hummus - delicious!
These rice cakes are lovely and extremely versatile. I am gluten free so I used them in a rocky road recipe in place of the biscuit, they were delicious. Highly recommend!
