I am already a fan of Clearspring umami pastes that come in a pouch - especially the ginger variety. This instant stock variety is good too - more concentrated, so be careful not to overload your dishes, however it really adds some turbo-charged flavour to any dish. And it seems to go further so is economical. Great quality, like all Clearspring products I've tried. Recommended!
This is a lovely stock that adds flavour & depth to my soups & bean casseroles. It's a great store cupboard staple when you don't have time to make stock from scratch.
