This condiment is truly wonderful. The combination of Yuzu and Soya creates a more delicate umami taste that lifts the flavour of a dish without overpowering it. Besides drizzling over stirfrys I also used it in a tofu glaze that dazzled my guests!
I have a garlic allergy therefore sauces are often an issues as garlic is virtually in everything. This sauce does not and is a thicker dark deep rich sauce excellent for beef to marinade and cook with. Single strength to splash is whilst cooking. Both delicious!

I use to cook my food as the other oils are hidrogenated, transgenics and come in plastic bottles.
Safflower oil comes in a glass dark bottle and that is a garantee to keep it's good properties.

One of the best gluten free pastas I’ve tried. Tastes great and holds its shape well. Works well with a range of sauces, but I prefer it with spring vegetables as they go brilliantly with the pea flour. Delicious!
