Dates & Prunes Stuffed with Tamari Roasted Almonds

Inspired from the thirteen desserts of Provence, this simple and quick recipe is great for Christmas appetizers.

Makes about 20 dates and prunes

Ingredients

Method

  1. Slit the dried fruits and remove the stone
  2. Insert one almond in each fruit and reclose
  3. Crush the remaining almonds and sprinkle over
