This delightfully sweet and dairy-free delight will appeal to all.
- In a saucepan, bring the amazake, water, salt and ground almonds to the boil whilst stirring.
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add to the mix and then blend.
- Dissolve the kuzu in a little cold water and add to the hot mix. Make kuzu dissolve well over low heat for 1 minute.
- Serve chilled in individual glass dishes with strawberries on the top.
