Role Summary:
The Social Media and Consumer Relations Officer will be responsible for all consumer and online community communications, aiming to build an online presence, drive engagement, and support all external consumer interactions. This newly created role at Clearspring is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry with demonstrable experience in managing social media channels and/or consumer relations for a household brand.

Manage Consumer Interactions: Handle all consumer interactions through social media channels and customer service communications.

Engage with Consumers: Innovatively engage with consumers to foster community and brand loyalty.

Collaborate: Work with the wider team to ensure cohesive online and offline communications that adhere to Clearspring’s brand and tone of voice guidelines.

Implement Strategies: Working with Marketing team to implement strategies to build and maintain Clearspring’s online social presence, driving positive community engagement across all platforms.
Specific Roles:

Social Media Management: Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Schedule content and manage community engagement.

Community Engagement: Proactively engage with the online community, fostering positive interactions and responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.

Consumer Relations Communications: Serve as the first point of contact for all external consumer communications via email, telephone, and post. Work with cross-functional teams to provide positive outcomes for consumer inquiries.

Campaign Support: Assist in planning and monitoring highly engaging social media campaigns.

Audience Expansion: Identify opportunities to reach broader audiences, amplify messages, and build relationships within the community.

Influencer Engagement: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates.

Reporting and Analysis: Contribute to reporting and continuous improvement through tracking and analysis activities.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Experience: Demonstrable experience in successfully managing social media accounts and/or consumer relations for a business, ideally in the food/FMCG sector.

Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in wider marketing-related project work as needed
Essential Requirement:
- Fluent written & spoken English, other languages desirable
- Relevant training, skills, or qualifications in social media management, marketing, communications, or a similar customer-facing role.
