Role Summary:

Join our team and help deliver premium organic and plant-based foods to customers across the UK. As an Online Shop Assistant, your primary responsibility will be picking, packing, and preparing customer orders in our warehouse, ensuring each one meets Clearspring’s high standards.

In addition to order fulfilment, you’ll occasionally assist with other tasks, such as stock management, customer services and supporting different areas of the business when needed. This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Roles: 

  • Process online shop orders (Picking, packing and dispatching parcels)
  • Provide customer services via email and telephone
  • Communicate with courier companies
  • Manage stock control
  • Unload and restock upon stock arrival
  • Support Sales and Marketing activities

        Essential Requirements:

        • Fluent in written & spoken English
        • Previous experience in administration work and customer service
        • Computer literate
        • Holds the legal right to work in the UK

        Additional Requirements:

        • Fluent written & spoken Japanese, other languages desirable
