Strawberry Amazake Dessert
This delightfully sweet and dairy-free delight will appeal to all.
Serves 5-6
Ingredients:
1 jar (380g) Clearspring Amazake
350ml (1 jar) water
A pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp Clearspring Kuzu
250g washed strawberries
1½ tbsp (30g) ground almonds
Garnish:
100g washed strawberries
Method:
1. In a saucepan, bring the amazake, water, salt and ground almonds to a boil whilst stirring.
2. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add to the mix and then blend.
3. Dissolve the kuzu in a little cold water then added to the hot mix whilst and stirr to thicken over heat.
4. Serve chilled in individual glass dishes with strawberries on the top.
