Clearspring Snack Organic Roasted Seeds and Soya with Cranberry is a tasty blend of lightly roasted pumpkin seeds, soya beans and dried fruit, carefully prepared to make a sustaining and satisfying snack.
High quality, organically grown Austrian pumpkin seeds are combined with soya beans, dried Austrian apple chunks and Canadian cranberries, for an exciting combination of tastes.
Most dried cranberries are prepared with added sugar to sweeten them and neutralise acidity, but the organic cranberries used here are combined with apple juice concentrate to maintain a full fruit flavour with a mild sweetness.
Recent scientific research shows that cranberries contain significant amounts of antioxidants and other phytonutrients that may help protect against heart disease, cancer and other diseases (1). They have also been shown to prevent and treat urinary tract infections (2) and may also inhibit the bacteria associated with gum disease (3) and stomach ulcers (4).
