It is made to an original Japanese recipe and contains key ingredients of sushi making. Simply add this well balanced blend of brown rice vinegar [2], mirin [3] and soya sauce to cooked rice, and mix gently whilst the rice is still hot. It can be also used for marinades or salad dressings.
