Their unique texture comes from the sweet rice (mochigome) that has a sticky quality that when baked puffs up to give a firm, crunchy textured cracker that can be enjoyed straight from the pack or served with drinks.

Clearspring Organic Rice Crackers are made by the one hundred year-old Uegaki Beika [1] [2] company in Kobe, using organic ingredients and avoiding any refined sugars, flavour enhancers, colourings, preservatives or leavenings.
